Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as bank transfers for orders within the EU. All payments are processed securely.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us at info@ii-world.com with your order number. Once an order has entered production or been shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Are prices inclusive of tax?
All prices displayed on our website include VAT for EU customers. For orders shipped outside the EU, local import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer complimentary shipping on all orders worldwide. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

How long will delivery take?
Europe: 3-5 business days. United Kingdom: 4-6 business days. United States & Canada: 7-10 business days. Rest of World: 10-15 business days.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also contact our client services team at info@ii-world.com for updates.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide. If you experience any issues during checkout, please contact us and we will arrange shipping to your location.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How do I initiate a return?
Contact our client services team at info@ii-world.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once received.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes, we are happy to exchange items for a different size, subject to availability. Exchanges are processed as a return and new order to ensure the fastest delivery.

What if I receive a damaged item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Sizing & Fit

How do your garments fit?
Our pieces are designed with a relaxed, architectural silhouette. Most styles are intentionally oversized or fluid. We recommend reviewing the specific measurements listed on each product page.

Do you have a size guide?
Detailed measurements are provided on each product page. If you are between sizes or need guidance, contact us at info@ii-world.com and our team will help you find the right fit.

Are your sizes unisex?
Many of our designs are intentionally unisex. Where gendered sizing applies, this is noted on the product page. When in doubt, please reach out for personalized advice.

Materials & Care

What materials do you use?
We work with natural fibres including wool, silk, linen, and cotton, as well as deadstock and upcycled fabrics. Each product page lists the specific composition. All materials are sourced with care for quality and sustainability.

How should I care for my garment?
We recommend dry cleaning for most pieces. Detailed care instructions are included on the garment label and product page. Store garments folded or on padded hangers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Are your products sustainable?
Sustainability is central to our practice. We produce in small batches, use natural and deadstock fabrics wherever possible, and design garments meant to be worn for years, not seasons. Every piece is made in Ukraine, supporting local artisans.

Custom Orders & Collaborations

Do you accept custom orders?
We offer bespoke and made-to-measure services for select pieces. Please contact us at info@ii-world.com to discuss your requirements, including preferred materials, sizing, and timeline.

Are you open to collaborations?
We welcome collaborations with artists, designers, and cultural institutions. For press inquiries, contact press@ii-world.com. For partnership proposals, please reach out through our contact form.

Can I visit your atelier?
We welcome visits by appointment. Please contact us to arrange a time. Our atelier is based in Ukraine.
