Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also check your order status by contacting our client services team at info@ii-world.com.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items returned without tags or showing signs of wear cannot be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact our client services team at info@ii-world.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, subject to availability. To arrange an exchange, please contact us at info@ii-world.com. Exchanges are processed as a return and new order to ensure the fastest delivery.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
